## `Downloading`

* Most files are uploaded without a password.
* Some files are compressed with a password `OpenAtOwnRisk`...

## `Uploading`

Anybody can upload to bitrot town, but once you upload, it will become invisible until one of the volunteer archivists confirm the contents are safe. The files will be moved from the `ghost upload` folder to one of the directories to become available to everybody.
